Symbol of Faith

  1. I do believe that God is one; He is the creator, keeper and ruler of everything; Almighty, Omnipresent, Omniscient, Invariable, Independent and Eternal Spirit; that His love, wisdom, holiness, justice, grace and truth are endless, and worship is only His.
  2. I do believe that God exists in a trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and these three are one God and are equally worthy of worship.
  3. I do believe that the Holy Scriptures of the Old Testament and the New Testament are the divinely inspired revelation of God to the humans and represent the perfect rules of the faith and charitable life.
  4. I do believe that through the fall of man, that human kind lost its bond to God and thus was exposed to His fair trial.
  5. I do believe that Jesus Christ, a perfect God and a perfect man, is the only Savior of the sinners through His propitiatory deed and the only Advocate with the Father for mankind.
  6. I do believe that for a man to be saved, he needs to be reborn through the power of the Holy Spirit, whom every believer takes in at his new birth.
  7. I do believe that every born again person is acquitted before God only by grace, through belief in Jesus Christ our God.
  8. I do believe that every Christian, led by his belief, lives a holy life, fulfilling all his duties to God, his fellow men and himself, and that such life is evidence of him being a child of God.
  9. I do believe in the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and the resurrection of the dead, righteous and unrighteous, and that all shall appear in His court.
  10. I do believe that God’s Church is made up of true believers who follow God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) and together with their offspring are in a covenant with Him. They voluntarily congregate for service and live a pious life abiding by the Holy Scripture, and are bound by The Book of Church Order. I do believe the head of this Church is Christ Himself.
  11. I do believe in the Church sacraments – Baptism and Holy Communion.
  12. I do believe that preaching the Gospels is the major means, given by Christ for leading the unrighteous to repentance and admonish His followers into holiness, and that it is a duty of the Church to fulfill the ultimate commandment of the Savior (Matthew 28:19 – 20): “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Amen!”
